How do I amend my booking?

It is easy to amend your booking. Just log into your SuperCarers.com account and you’ll be able to see all your future bookings. To amend, click on the relevant booking and choose amend. A message is then sent to your carer and they are given the option to accept the change. If your carer is not available they may suggest an alternate time or you can choose another carer available then.
