How do I make a complaint about a client?

If the matter is of an urgent or serious nature, please speak to us. Remember, you have choice to stop working with a client. If you feel in danger you should call 999 immediately.

If a complaint is of a non-urgent or non-serious nature, we would encourage you to first seek to resolve it with your client or their relative directly. If you are not able to reach a satisfactory conclusion, please get in touch with us.
