What is your cancellation policy?

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel a booking you can do so, however you may still be charged. Outlined below is the required notice to avoid incurring any charges for each service:

Hourly day and night care

You are free to cancel or reschedule your care at any point up to 48 hours before your next booking. This applies to both clients and carers to give the relevant parties due time to find other work or to find a suitable replacement.

Live-in care

You are free to cancel or reschedule your care up to 7 days before the relevant booking. This applies to both clients and carers, giving carers an opportunity to find alternative work they will have foregone to accept this booking and for the client an opportunity to find a replacement.
