What do I do if I am running late or cannot make my clients booking?

You should always remember to check your route on Google Maps or CityMapper well before leaving for any booking to ensure that you will arrive on time.

We understand, though, that delays can happen which can’t be predicted. If you are running late, we ask that you contact your client as soon as possible to avoid worry. If you cannot reach them, then you can get in touch with us and we can try to help pass on the message on your behalf.

Please note that if you are unable to make a shift and want to arrange cover, you must tell the client and not call SuperCarers. Since we are not an agency, we can only arrange alternative carers if the customer asks us to do so. If you know other SuperCarers who could cover the shift, then please do feel free to recommend them to your customer.
