What is your application process?

Our process has been designed to be straightforward and simple so you can start advertising your services as a Carer on the SuperCarers platform as soon as possible. 

The process is as follows:
  1. Fill out our initial application form at www.supercarers.com/apply
  2. Complete your profile questionnaire and reference checks. 
  3. Provide additional information via an online form, including references and details on your exact qualifications
  4. Attend an induction session in London
  5. Undergo referencing and background checks, by verification company Onfido. This includes enhanced DBS (previously CRB) checks, identity checks, right to work and document checks. All applicants are required to pay for their own background checks.
Once these stages have successfully been completed, your profile will go live on the platform ready for you to start finding work!
